Pro stavbu krbu a kom\u00edna hr\u00e1zd\u011bn\u00e9ho domu, kter\u00fd je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed budouc\u00edho dvorce Karla IV., budeme pot\u0159ebovat p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 600 cihel. Leto\u0161n\u00edm p\u00e1len\u00edm cihel byla zah\u00e1jena cel\u00e1 \u0159ada nov\u00fdch archeologick\u00fdch experiment\u016f.<\/p>\n

Cihly jsme vyrobili ze sm\u011bsi j\u00edlu a p\u00edsku. Ostatn\u011b jako v\u0161echny stavebn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly poch\u00e1z\u00ed i j\u00edl z na\u0161eho regionu. J\u00edl jsme sm\u00edchali s 20% p\u00edsku. Pou\u017eili jsme p\u00edsek frakce 0-3 mm, p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b chceme zkusit p\u00edsek vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed frakce, aby cihly tolik nepraskaly. Pro tvarov\u00e1n\u00ed cihel jsme pou\u017eili d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e9 formy, kter\u00e9 musely b\u00fdt poka\u017ed\u00e9 namo\u010deny, aby se j\u00edl dob\u0159e odd\u011bloval a povrch cihel tak z\u016fstal hladk\u00fd. Ve st\u0159edov\u011bku se pro ka\u017edou stavbu pou\u017e\u00edvaly r\u016fzn\u00e9 velikosti cihel. My jsme zvolili formy o rozm\u011brech 27,5 x 13 x 8,5 cm. Cihly s t\u011bmito rozm\u011bry byly pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny\u00a0 p\u0159i stavb\u00e1ch kl\u00e1\u0161ter\u016f. Vytvarovan\u00e9 cihly schly a odpo\u010d\u00edvaly p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 6 t\u00fddn\u016f na p\u0159edem p\u0159ipraven\u00e9m p\u00edskov\u00e9m lo\u017ei, aby se nep\u0159ilepily k zemi. B\u011bhem t\u00e9to doby se zmen\u0161ily na velikost 26,5 x 12,5 x 7,5 cm.<\/p>\n
